Order & pay
Choose your plant, size and pot, pick your delivery zone, and pay securely online via InstaPay (or card via Paymob when available).

We prepare it
Our nursery team hand-picks and prepares your exact plant.

You get a preview photo
We send a real photo of your plant inside the app — you approve it before it moves.

Packaged with care
Once approved, it is boxed to stay calm and protected in transit.

Delivered to your door
We deliver within 7 days of your order, right to your address.
Delivery time
We deliver every order within 7 days of purchase, after you approve the preview photo of your exact plant. You can track every stage live from the Orders tab in the app.
Where we deliver
We currently deliver across Cairo. Covered zones have a flat delivery fee of 75 EGP; anywhere else inside Cairo is delivered at the rest-of-Cairo rate of 150 EGP. Outside our zones? Tell us where you are through the app’s Feedback page — we expand based on demand.

Delivery fees
Delivery fees are shown transparently at checkout based on your zone and are added to your order total. Pickup may be available at no delivery cost where offered.
Payment
Pay securely online via InstaPay bank transfer, or by card through Paymob where enabled. Your order is prepared once payment is confirmed.
