Zar3ety is a curated plant marketplace connecting plant lovers with quality indoor and outdoor plants. We facilitate the discovery, ordering, and ongoing care of plant companions. All plant listings are subject to availability.
Orders are confirmed upon payment of a 20% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon delivery. Prices are listed in SAR and are subject to change. We reserve the right to cancel orders if a plant becomes unavailable, with full refund of any deposit paid.
We deliver within our service areas. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Plants are inspected before dispatch to ensure they meet our quality standards.
If your plant arrives damaged or unhealthy, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for plants that have been damaged due to improper care after delivery.
You agree to provide accurate information when placing orders, follow the care instructions provided, and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for the care of plants after delivery.
All content on Zar3ety including text, images, logos, and plant profiles is owned by or licensed to Zar3ety. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.
